Wouldn't this be considered child abuse?

OK. Well, in my friend's grade seven homeroom cl, the teacher said that come Valentine's Day, the home room captains would pick a name out of a hat, and that person would pick one person they like, and some time during the day, kiss that person. She was serious, too. I just don't think that that's fair... also, the person that would have their named picked would probably be really embarred, and then everyone would be all nervous to see who they would want to kiss. I just don't think it is right that the teacher is provoking things like that. What are your thoughts on this?
