I was disqualified from the marine corps dep program as of dec 31 how can i get proof of the discharge ?

army tells me i need some discharge papers from them and they are not allowed to get them i need to. marine corps liason says they do not send out letters for discharge from the dep program and they can just switch me over. who is not telling the truth and how can i get in
