Where can I get suicide help?

I'm a college student who has suffered from eating disorders in the past few years (and presumably depression too, though it was never directly treated). I've gradually started having suicidal thoughts, from fleeting ideas to searching out a means and imagining my world after I've killed myself. I've had difficulty sleeping and I haven't been eating well either. I'm afraid to go to my school's counseling center for fear of having them contact my parents, who would make my life living hell if they found out. I'm not sure if I'll truly go through with it but every time I'm around a large knife, etc. I start to crave it. Is there anywhere I can go for help in the upstate SC area that is free or low-cost? A strict privacy policy is a must-have.
