Guys go through menopause too?

ok, i told myself this alot, because i can be very feminine, i'll be the first guy that will go through menopause, i was right, and only being 23, i get hot flashes when its not hot to others, it feels terrible, it feels like myself wrapped up in a skin suit i can't get out of, its annoying.. i don't know whats wrong with me, i don't take meds... so i know its not side effects to a medication pill.. so what the hell? i mean i do have the unique ability to put myself in somone elses shoes, but to actually feel it for real, thats somthing new.. the ability to understand without happening to me is good enough, why do i have to feel what others feel? can a guy be that sensitive? just to let you know, i just woke up from it, even with the fan on high, i still could not stay asleep, i was getting hot, and i still am... AC is on as high as it can go too..
