Help with ollie on concrete?!?

Okay, so...i can ollie, i know how to ollie, i dont have crappy height, its normal and stuff. but this is on the gr...so, everytime i try to ollie on concrete it doesnt work.AT ALL. when i pop the tail it slides out from under me and the board is rollin everywhere....how do i stop this?! please help.
