Why has Disney Channel stopped showing the cartoons they had every weekday morning?

They just quit showing Recess and Lilo and Stitch the series and Kim Possible, and all the other good shows they had. They only have Phineas and Ferb as their true cartoon (Unless you really count "Fish Hooks" as a cartoon) I used to watch Recess everyday, and then they just take it off to put in their new shows with real people? They really upset me when they replaced Toon Disney, which had many of the same shows! Is that really what this world has become? Less cartons and more live action????? They've taken away to much for me to watch the actual channel, and so I go on Netflix to watch Phineas and Ferb, and have to go to the library to get Halloween Town and other movies. Why' tey loose the cartoons?
