Similar to The Office is Parks and Recreation. Rashida Jones is in it (Karen). Two guys who ran The Office run it. Also try the original (UK) version. Similar to The Simpsons is The Critic. It's an older show (from the mid '90s) and was run by guys who ran The Simpsons.
