Late 4 times for school but 2 of my latenesses were excused but i still get detention?

You should not have gotten detention if you have an "excused" tardiness or absence, however, through your own admission, you had two tardy periods that you cannot doent why you were late. If you can "explain" each of those four episodes, you might get leniency, but the administration has final say in that and while two of your late arrivals may be legit, they may consider, "where there is smoke, there is fire", or the smoking gun syndrome. They are trying to get your attention. Plead your case and see what happens. You have nothing to lose and your own time to gain. Good luck!... ☺
