I seem to spot 2 weeks before my period?

This first started 3 months ago. Its only a little bit and not very noticeable but it still worries me. No cramps or anything of that sort. My husband and I have been having unprotected for 5 years and have never had a baby which is fine so I'm uming something is wrong with my womanly organs. I get chin hairs among other hairs Id rather not say, nasty acne, nasty mood swings and I sweat profusely. Sometimes I think Im going through menopause but I'm only 26. I'm also over weight. I don't have any insurance or I would have gone to the Dr years ago. Does anyone else experience any of this? If so what could it be? Also....My mother and her mother both had uterine cancer I'm uming this could be a concern as well? Majority of the time I start my period on time occasionally I'll miss a week and then start and then its back on track again. Ahh what is wrong with my body??
