I am 5'6'' and weigh 110 pounds, am i okay?? how to loose fat off my thighs without affecting ?

First thing you are okay and you don't have to lose your weight and if your thigh doesn't look good then you do cycling for 30 minutes daily and rub your s with mustard or coconut oil after bathing then your will start gaining but it will not gain much it will gain until your s look fit after that it will stop gaining by itself
