How much does an LLC cost in PA?

I would like to know how much does it cost to form an LLC in Pennsylvania. I'm planing on opening a business (small business) that i can run myself nothing big. I found out that in Cali it costs $70 to file and $20 for the annual report. So you must also pay an annually fee? And I also read that in CA it's 1.5% of your revenue, with a minimum of $800 per year. So does that mean that you pay 1.5% of your revenue in taxes if you have an LLC? And my last question. If i open an LLC do i pay the taxes for my LLC and thats it. For instance in Cali it's 1.5% of your revenue income for an LLC so does that mean if I lived in Cali i would only pay my 1.5% and thats it or is there more to that.
