I think that she is obviously trying to throw signs. So just ask her out and if she says no then shes dumb because she shouldn't say things like "true loves a gift" and "goodnight sleep good (kiss smiley)" and not mean anything by it. if I were doing things like that to a guy then that would mean that i want him to know that i like him without telling him and i want him to make the first move.
