Are Babe Ruth, Roger Maris, and Hank Aaron more legit since they do not use steroids?

This question is in regards to the steroid scandals breaking in the news ending with A-Rod confessing. With so many names already on the list such as Barry Bonds, Mark McGuire, and Sammy Sosa, would it be fair to say that past time athletes such as Roger Maris, Hank Aaron, and Babe Ruth are really legit record holders in Home Runs and Hits? I have to say yes because I strongly feel talent should come from natural abilities not enhancing drugs.
