Anyone know of a poem from 70's called i was a teenage accident statistic? may be late 60's.?

it was a poem about a teen aged girl who was involved in a wreck and she was dying and the doctors didn't want to tell her the car she hit was her mom and dad and that they died in the wreck. they wanted to let her die without knowing to spare her the anguish.
